If time is critical, we can restore tapes considerably faster than restoring them in the client environment.

We created a full set of software utilities to restore data from backup software, such as:

ARCserve, Legato NetWorker, Retrospect, Tivoli, NTBackup, Backup Exec, NetBackup, and more.

In many cases, a backup agent is used in the initial backup process in order to backup live database environments such as Microsoft Exchange or MS-SQL; our utilities are able to restore those tapes without the need for the same environment.

If the tapes have errors, in most cases, we can overcome them quickly and continue with the restoration process.
